Welcome to My Tech Tap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and My Tech Tap Ltd. ("My Tech Tap," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the My Tech Tap website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. My Tech Tap offers various NFC-enabled products and digital profile services. All products and services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product or service at any time. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect the exact appearance or functionality of the product you receive. Colors may vary due to display settings and manufacturing variations.

By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and fees. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change at any time. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are owned by My Tech Tap, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to any intellectual property owned by My Tech Tap or its licensors.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Services. You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the right to use and authorize us to use your User Content; (b) your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party; and (c) your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to use the Services to: - Violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms - Infringe upon the rights of others - Engage in unauthorized framing or linking to the Services - Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code - Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services - Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent - Impersonate any person or entity - Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services for violating any of the prohibited uses.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT WILL MY TECH TAP, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES. THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN THIS SECTION WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Lagos, Nigeria, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and My Tech Tap regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
